Managing Partner Bryn founded Bellanhouse in 2013 and has over 17 years’ experience in corporate law.
Bryn specialises in corporate, commercial and securities law and has significant experience providing advice in equity capital markets, IPOs and back door listings on the ASX, mergers & acquisitions, takeovers and corporate advisory matters across various industries in Australia and overseas.
Bryn currently sits on the board as a Non-Executive Director of New Century Resources Limited (an ASX 300 company) and is Non-Executive Chairman of Caprice Resources Ltd.
Bryn is highly regarded for his significant expertise and commercial experience. He understands the business drivers and challenges facing his clients and delivers commercially astute strategic advice and legal insight, with a proven track record of achieving successful outcomes.
Prior to establishing Bellanhouse, Bryn worked at several major law firms across Australia and internationally including Freehills in Melbourne and Allen & Overy in London and Dubai.
Bryn was a Law Leader of the Year finalist in the Australasian Law Awards 2019 and was also recognised as a Leading Corporate Lawyer – Western Australia by Doyle’s Guide 2018 and 2017.
